We read all of section 136 in which Heidegger discusses the relationship between beyng and being, highlighting the disposition of restraint by Dasein against its availability to the gods, the role of the actual, and the “privileged now” theory of time of the first beginning and the other beginning’s concept of memory, preparedness, and a unique present. We then talk about liberalism as a fetish for the exceptional, the destruction of the rule for purposes of gaining political power, and the war on happiness that emerges from the Oppression Olympics.
